ELECTION CANDIDATES

2025 VICE PRESIDENT/2026 PRESIDENT-ELECT:

Sarah Fowlkes. Sarah currently works at Jacobs as a Client Account Manager in the Army and Airforce portfolio. She manages 7 USACE districts - Fort Worth, Tulsa, Little Rock, Huntsville Center, Omaha, Kansas City, and ERDC. She has been on the Post Board for the last 7 years in various roles (Assistant secretary, Secretary and Small Business Coordinator) and supported multiple committees during her time on the Board. Sarah wants to continue to grow her involvement with the Post and advance into a more senior leadership role. She is a graduate of the Post Leadership Lab, a RVP Medal winner and a SAME Post Small Business Liaison Officer Award winner.

2025 TREASURER:

Sam Hutchins IV, P.E.,F.SAME - Sam is semi-retired and works part time as needed. He previously worked for the City of San Antonio. Sam has served as our Post Assistant Treasurer and Treasurer since 2002, serves on our E&M Fund Golf Tournament Committees and was a volunteer for the 2023 SAME JETC and SBC held here in San Antonio. He enjoys serving in the Post Treasurer position.

2025 SECRETARY:

Bridget Booth - Bridget leads the Clarke Construction Group’s Central Region small business subcontracting program and oversees all compliance related issues on the regions $2.5B+ active projects. She is excited about joining the Post’s leadership team because she has a tremendous amount of experience in both the non-profit and public sectors building collaborative environments. Bridget has participated in SAME events across the nation for decades. She has served in leadership roles at St. Luke Loire Catholic Church, St. Luke's Episcopal School Parent Council, San Antonio Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and South Central Regional Certification Agency.
Cassandra Price - Cassandra works for Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting as the Program Director delivering a broad spectrum of support services to Federal clients to include emergency and humanitarian response operations, mission support, facility and infrastructure engineering, facilities management and planning, construction support, logistics management, asset management, program management, and environmental programs. She has served as Post Secretary from 2023. As a military spouse, Cassandra has been passionate about serving our military members. She wants to continue serving on the Post Board of Direction to give back to the community, develop professionally and for the networking opportunities.

2025-26 DIRECTOR, TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS:

Lt Col John Enyeart, P.E.,F.SAME, USAF (Ret.) - John is the Enterprise Manager for Combat Support at the Air Force Installation & Mission Support Center. He is currently our Post Director of Resilience and prior to that served as our Readiness, Resilience and Personal Growth Director from 2012– 2020. John wants to continue to serve the Post by integrating professional development with emerging technology. John is a SAME Fellow.

2023-2024 DIRECTOR, STEM & COLLEGE OUTREACH (STEM)

Harold Eberbach - As a project engineer with KMES, Harold currently oversees a comprehensive project that integrates multiple disciplines, including project management, mechanical engineering, and civil engineering support. He has been the Post STEM Coordinator and the STEM & College Outreach Director since 2022. Harold wants to continuing serving as Director to expand our impact on the San Antonio community and strengthen our connections with local schools and colleges. He is a Post Leadership Lab Graduate and a SAME STEM Champion Award winner.
